During this module my form and I took part in physical and mental tasks/activities. We took part in meditation as well as Question-and-Answer sheets. We were given a project to complete about Mindfulness. My project included different types of calming breathing as well as benefits from Mindfulness itself. In Conclusion I really enjoyed this module. It was really beneficial and its a topic that humans need to focus on more in Ireland today. - My project got damaged in school and i'm yet to fix it!
